There's definitely no place for objectivity on PTOI's board of directors. Historically PTOI sourced people such as board members and investor relations people from the message boards and what they all had in common was a blind, strong, unquestioning faith in PTOI. Mr. Brain was no exception.
Mr. Aspin's appointment was a different story but it made sense for Mr. Heddle to appoint Mr. Aspin to the board. In just over three years when Mr. Aspin's $500,000 loan to the company becomes due with interest, he won't see a dime of that and, as a member of the board of directors, he can't complain to anyone.
