Unfortunately, Integrity has not been in the West Wing since 1/20/17. I didn't really expect to see much Integrity from the Trump Administration. I really didn't think he would change - he's 70+ and believes he is perfect....why change. Hard to grow when one is surrounded by sycophants who always approve.
I don't think I expected dumb. I didn't realize he was so ill equipped to run the USA. It sure doesn't help that the majority of his direct reports are lacking the necessary skill sets to complete their mission. Betsy...c'mon; Pruit...c'mon; Dr Carson...c'mon HUD?? Etc....Etc...Etc..
So, if you assume that Rudy is not that dumb, you have to come up with a reason for his LIVE performance. The most logical is that they knew the news was "out there", so, they released it first. If not, then Rudy is that dumb.
I have been a little surprised about how they have all been dumb with their communications, including banking transactions. Hell, ISIS knows to use human carriers for communications
