Don't think it matters in what form you ingest the CBDs as long as you take the recommended dose daily.I like the gummies but that's just me.I had an amazing alleviation of my aches and pains in about 20 minutes.Not a doctor but I think it acts as a muscle relaxant(if ever you took soma).Also calms the mind which induces good sleep.
