Yes the $1.5M won't make a difference. Certainly by the end of 2020/beginning of 2021 when the remaining $2.5M is, due pending acceptance and no additional extensions, the deal will certainly have fallen apart. However the $1.5M would be a huge psychological win for investors in the interim and a big win for Mr. Heddle if he has the ability to use that for his own compensation or interest owed to himself.
