Ultra-rich got scammed by Theranos. Yoo-hoo, SEC and FDA, this is what happens when you give the wealthy big companies a pass, and don't enforce EXISTING regulations. Maybe when the ultra-rich get scammed, and complain, SEC will actually do something (in this case only, most likely).
