Re: southswell #3385
Saba and Oracle LMS are the largest eLearning vendors. How do I know?
I worked at a Fortune 100 company that had both!
Man could either or both use something like nFusz.
The idea of eLearning systems for those that don't know is, you break up the content into bites, theoretically you can assemble as needed for the event, training, instance that you need. Companies will spend a fortune on this because they are spending 10 times that doing it the manual way.
There are really two parts. The creation/management part. So think of this as a portal where people can go out and view what they need to or schedule what they should.
And the second is the tracking part. What did Trashboy view in the last 6 months and did he view his compliance videos on sexual harassment and bribes.
This is serious business. C-Level people get notified if you don't watch the compliance stuff. There is no way they want to expose themselves to employee that don't know common sense from a hole in the ground.
I bet notifiCEO is the next installment in the portfolio around compliance
