although i bought small amounts back in 2017 when ntek stated funding was coming, the later put the 21 mm on their financials, when i heard david foley/CEO say that the 21 million dollar fund was closed officially and that the first payment of that 21 million was coming the week after, i bought more - based soley on the facts as stated by the ceo of the company in a public forum.
that long forward looking statement david read before the cc aside, at no time did he say he expected the funding to be confirmed or predicted it would be confirmed, I distinctly recall he say ntek closed the deal and first payments were coming.
based on those facts from the ceo i invested more money.
