My friend, I'm not trying to down you or question your knowledge, but my understanding of the Queens English is exactly this, (The spoken words), NOT (The assumption of the spoken words)!!!!! No matter how any of us interpreted what Mr. Kay meant when he said he will PR the deals within 60-90 days, lets all just be overjoyed that Mr. Kay is going to deliver on his spoken word.
