Gabriel Bell, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, is a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate and Intellectual Property Litigation Practices.

Mr. Bell’s practice focuses on high-stakes intellectual property litigation in the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court. Mr. Bell has represented a range of companies in the computer, financial, biotech, pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, and insurance sectors and has successfully argued in the Federal Circuit.
