We know the Company needs to raise $5 million in the near term. I just don't see them raising that much by simply issuing stock- it would take 100 miilion + shares to do it at this depressed level, so I am convinced there will be some type of partnership-licensing agreement.

It could be the DX assets, ESS or maybe even MANF in the Retinitis Pigmentosa indication. But either way, I think once they get those funds, the accounts payable and the Greentree lawsuit will be settled. Then we should trade for what the Company is actually worth for the first time in several years.
