Whoa! File that under 'factually false'. Mr. Curtis might have raised money before but he hasn't run any processor in any worthwhile fashion. He managed to put together a project with investors' money and successfully get paid a salary while failing but that's about it.
Maybe Mr. Curtis can get investors to plunk down money for PTOI's processor and guarantee himself a salary for a while longer...but if he does, I'm guessing in two years eight months PTOI will be asked to return the $1.5M...which will already have been spent unless Mr. Curtis is smart enough to make sure that $1.5M is put into escrow.
