RegA Tier 1 offering allows them to raise up to 20 million in a 1 year period. Once filed there is a vetting process by the regulatory bodies but with a release of this product should be nothing more than a formality. If they can secure a letter of intent from a potential customer the odds stack even better for shareholders.


Not a complicated process and not a lot of update and filing requirement with tier 1 so here we go. Shouldn't take long at all.
