MYDX has announced 2 new scientific/medically involved members of the company in past 4 or so months. It sure would be nice for a solid PR clearing up the air of particulars regarding production status and status of patents/designation and partnerships. Without patent protection, I find it hard to believe designation would even be considered but of course MYDX can prove first to market product without patents and medical device designation significantly improves production value event without patents, so I suppose it could go either way.
