The SEC complaint is replete with allegations that Blackburn was controlling Treaty … behind the scenes … and although Blackburn was never an officer or director of Treaty, he was a de facto officer
1) Between 2009 and 2013, convicted felon Ronald Blackburn and his hand selected team of associates worked in concert to manipulate trading in the stock of Treaty Energy
2) In reality, Blackburn controlled nearly all aspects of treaty’s day to day operation between July 2009 and September 2013
3) Under Blackburn’s undisclosed control
4) Despite his extensive involvement in nearly all facets of Treaty operations
5) Blackburn’s true role
6) Blackburn directed
These allegations obviously came from TDBOWIEKNIFE directing Cox what to say and do, leading Cox to embrace a de facto doctrine as to which she was obviously confused, despite the fact that the doctrine was almost 60 years old.
