FYI - under rule 144 these shares have a minimum of 6 months before they could have the legend removed and be sold in the market.
Also, Form D clearly states 487,620 in stock options were exercised by a consultant from 2016. Last time I checked Rory was the CEO and not a consultant.
If Rory or any insider were exercising their stock options they would have to file a form 4 within 2 business days!!!
