Access HealthNet Investor Class Action in which Berman was a Defendent (1996) settled from what I quickly perused on Pacer was for about $7.35M -
Although Berman and the Defendents of that Class Action plead no wrongdoing, we as DECN shareholders are called a**holes by Plutonium?
Seems the a**hole (other than possibly having "faith" in Berman for a moment, is a but misdirected?
Better get a move on it, Berman and Plutonium ..... this song has been played before and may be time for a re-cut!
