I believe their headquarters are in Boka Raton fl. Isn't that where the wall street conference was held? On a side note, I don't believe any smart company would invest 5 million if they didn't know that company was clear of the sec investigation. I'm just surprised that there isn't any jump in share price today with this news. Maybe just a delayed reaction or waiting on those results which should be very very soon.
