believe me i understand the frustration ..

i always come back to what do actual investors control?

this is where non investors usually chime in .. email mgmt (check)

or their focus always on other folks' monies .. asking why not sold .. and
denigrating actual investors with terminology utilized like stuckholder

my point is pretty simple .. there is a reason imo why P2O (company) remains
an OTC Survivor .. which makes NR a far larger *stuckholder* than retail
investors .. specifically with P2O's ability to execute (first sale consummated)

i have noted numerous times .. my belief re: P2O's first sale comes from RC's
experience in doing a multi million $ deal previously .. it is quite possible imo
it's with the same group of investors

when one connects with company's founder (which i did in 2016) to confirm still a significant shareholder (3M~) to say nothing of what was noted re: founder
in the K filed last month .. one can also queryhow many investors in P2O .. answer 1000s

which is why i spent the time documenting (shareholders numbers) what was noted in 2013's K thru 2017's K ..

what it tells me is that no one investor (here or there .. where it is mostly non investors .. a fact that imo never passes the smell test of taking root since 2009
in a stock they claim to have never been invested in) has enough *shares* to make a difference if sold .. only imo the founder and the CEO

now collectively if 100s of those 1000+ investors .. give up the ghost on P2O and sell PTOI .. aspect clearly change

i know what i'm looking for out of mgmt .. the time frame absolutely frustrates

but the only aspect that matters to me right now (besides the MA's extension being filed .. and again it's not how i would have handled it .. but i'm not mgmt or a director .. just one investor among 1000s) is the founder retaining his PTOI shares .. and LB's retention on the BoD .. because if either of those realities change .. i would presume the worst

but until either of those happen .. i have no issues having patience .. what others do is their business .. it's their money involved

with all due respect 4k... I understand that you understand the game that is played out there with the naked shorting...and that it is real.. and that it is valuable if it is ever "covered"... (I have my doubts). I get that you appreciate the negative sentiment on SMB's vs. the actual prying of real shares from real shareholders...I think this is probably the most stubborn...some would suggest otherwise... group of investors I've come across. Everyone here knows if they head for the doors in an attempt to make any sum of money from their shares...they may as well take a total loss...because that's where the SP is headed once the onslaught begins. So..again...I don't know if it's stubborn...or folks are just cooked...and they have the "screw it" state of mind. I would think the latter would me more applicable.

That said...after getting kicked in the groin AGAIN...over the last couple weeks...preceded by a lengthy period of absolutely nothing....compliments of Heddle.. and while the irony of any value in an illegal short position exists...juxtaposed a totally flat management...honestly...I'm not at all intrigued by the idea of going tit for tat over 10K shares here or there...over the NEXT FOUR MONTHS>>>>AGAIN!

Honestly, I do appreciate your efforts here...and you keep everyone in check...and it is much appreciated!! As it stands, Heddle and P2O has totally boinked PTOI shareholders here...and this is not worth the effort in selling into that rabbit hole...IMO. I would address my concerns front and center where it belongs...but I don't think he gives 2 sh$ts right about now to read another email along those lines. IMO
