Win/Win for us! Both this ruling and the SCOTUS ruling against the Alice101 issue have given SFOR a Win/Win scenario in rulings which certainly should favor SFOR with a reversal of the California ruling, finding in favor of SFOR! That of course should then result in the lifting of the stay in the remaining cases, allowing SA and all other defendants to proceed quickly to the settlement table! Concurrent with these settlements should be the naming of the next batch of defendants, and let the process begin again, albeit this time precedence will have been established which should provide for much quicker settlements! Truly a WIN/WIN for SFOR, and all SFOR shareholders!
