OWCP Management as usual keeping their cards very close to the chest. No signal that they were out in the market looking for cash. Good sign for shareholders NOT DILUTIVE infusion means more $$$ for further studies and trials. Also continues to show the viability and value inherent in the patent portfolio, IMHO
