If you had completely honest people running it with the naked short provision, it might work...I can see it being used as a tool to maintain liquidity in the OTC if it was used properly.

The people currently running it are motivated by sheer greed and it's used illegally to steal retail investment dollars thru stock manipulation as a rule of thumb because there is no real consequence for them doing it.

It's the status quo for an OTC stock and that needs to change....
