I am sure JBZY will file as they all eventually do as mandated by FINRA... this is too young a company to already give up on doing that and has paid plenty to date in terms of money, effort, time, etc.

I have seen some in OTC not file for a couple of years (literally two years) and eventually file if they want to remain 'public' ... and I think FINRA has made its regulations more stringent recently for companies to comply with filing within a 'certain' timeline.
