It's a copyright violation to post something from a website in its entirety here. ANYTHING posted MUST have a link to the original source or it is a copyright violation. There is now a technology that some websites are using -- when you try to post their copyrighted material, instead a message comes up saying "this is a copyright violation, to see the original article go to....." and then a link appears.

People have gotten used to seeing things posted in violation of copyright law so they are not aware of this. However, I'd prefer that we are not the ones who put the Hangout at risk of getting at the least a nasty email, and at the most a lawsuit.

EDIT: posting snippets and a link are usually considered "fair use" as long as it isn't a significant percentage of the article.
