All makes sense, but to quote some of what the management said:
"We wouldn't be going public if we had the means to continue studies"
I think they know what they have, do the investors?
I was up in arms about the website too, but I don't think it'll be that significant long-term or is at the moment or will ever.
Way I look at it is that they're R&D, they're not selling anything directly so why expand resources on something that is insignificant right now? Maybe it'd get more investors, but the savvy ones will get the hint from Management, Filings etc. website is just the icing on the cake, when news will start hitting noone will even care about the Website, right now we lust for news and find all kinds of things to whine about.
I like to think the company really has a "breakthrough" product and even when we JV, get bought out or whatever it's not for the Website, but results from science performed by our exceptional scientists.
