I agree with what you say and I want to add more
I come to a theory that UTOPYA does not want to grab flippers attention, so this is longs opportunity to invest in. ANY NEWS PRIOR TO TICKER CHANGE WILL ONLY CAUSE PPS TO RISE JUST TO BE DROPPED BY FLIPPERS! UTOPYA does not want to to lose money on bull crap like that, any positive info on FINRA could cause the same affect like it be done in week for example.PPS Up just to come back down. So UTOPYA hands are tied and the only communication they are giving is fluff or Website enhancement. IMHO once Ticker change is done expect a rapidly growing tidal wave of news and increase of PPS with no affect from flippers
