Excellent points. I never expected any Supreme Court cases to side against the DEA on the matter. Any major progress to be made will be done through legislation IMO. I think this Hemp Farm Bill has a much better chance of passing this month since big pharma’s new drug Epidolex (if I’m saying that right) just received FDA approval a week or two ago. Now that the big players have their share of the market, they don’t have to waste money paying lobbyists to keep CBD’s down. I expect a large sector wide movement in the coming months just based off of growing political and public support. In the mean time RMHB just needs to keep their nose clean and handle the transportation of CBD’s from a legal perspective. POT* has done exactly what you mentioned by outsourcing their hemp product from outside the US. Even though certain states allow the cultivation of it at the moment, their CEO has been adamant about not going against federal laws no matter how silly they are.
