Well known fact that FUSZ has been on the Reg SHO list for over 3 weeks and MMs have naked shorted us down from 3.04 "criminal" in that they aren't covering by the settlement dates as they should. The CEO has a legal team addressing this issue, hopefully it gets resolved very soon.
