It seems like they have been changing back and forth at Pacer Monitor on their update times on the Appeals court cases. Sometimes they show it at 8pm pacific and sometimes at 12 midnight eastern. Sometimes they go for days with no end of day updates. I guess when news breaks it should be on multiple fronts. GLTA
