I am sorry for being a stickler. Can you share some of those important emails from the SEC and Bridgeport? Otherwise, I am suspicious.
No one is questioning what David Foley and IR used to do...but rather the current system now. IR and David Foley have seemed to have gone quiet in light of the many lawsuits that have erupted.
