If you're talking about the CLEC LOI - something to consider: We got name change in Wyoming on 3/5. Someone stated name change must be filed with FINRA within 10 days. CLEC PR was on 3/10. So it is possible we filed FINRA *AFTER*, which would not set us back 60 days.
