You know, it was odd timing in how it happened. I've been posting DD on TAH's new board too, where we can speak relatively freely:

and very shortly after, shajandr and Homebrew were removed as mods. I wasn't sure if maybe the powers that be thought I had a point in my post or if it had something to do with the lawsuit. However, now that Homebrew is back as a mod anyway, I'm really not sure what went down...
