By the looks of the amount of credit card debt he had it's quite possible he may been in a sort of financial hardship and couldn't wait for the new time frame to market. I believe Jeff truly believes OWC will be a leading player in cannabis R&D and the market for our products will be very strong as more countries adopt medical marijuana programs, I just feel it came down to him personally needing the cash.
