They also wouldn't continue putting SFOR products on their websites if they had any fear at all that SFOR wouldn't win the litigation. The fact that so many big names have SFOR shows they are positive we will prevail. All their lawyers and patent IT experts have examined our patents with a fine tooth comb. They would be foolish to not have done this.
Those who have contracts with DUO Trustwave, Gemalto etc may feel litigation to separate from them due to deception of contract not worth it and also may be just waiting it out. When their contracts are up they may switch to honest companies like ACS etc. JMHO
