It took him 6 days after the 120 deadline to even write a change... and then instead of letting shareholders know right away he waits 4 more days.
And now he wants another 120 days ... so apparently nothing was accomplished during the first 120..... otherwise it would be a week or a couple of weeks needed.
All this could have been done well before the 120 mark came and went.
He knew....he just didn't want shareholders to know.
