Since YOU "Crowed" that YOU own 17 Million NTEK Shares out of the 178,651,969 Outstanding Shares ... essentially 10% of the company ... Have YOU reported that to the SEC? ... Because when one acquires MORE than 5% of a publicly traded company ... one MUST report it to the SEC.
NTEK will need to be informed of your Major ownership in THEIR company as that will need to be disclosed ... Bwaaahahaha
