I do not think it is a typo, usually in my experience a company selling a product has to go through the management team to get to Board. If mick is moving to Board meeting presentation it usually means leadership likes product and has bought off on the positive impact it can have on company and they want the Board to hear the pitch first hand.

This is usually a positive thing getting Board face time.
