Let me add some color and clarification since I was the one who actually spoke to Ameritrade this morning and inquired about buying these shares from Brian.

I was told by the rep that at this time Ameritrade would not allow the deposit of the certificate of NTEK shares to my account. No specific reason was given. I conjectured it could have been because of the CE but that was not asked specifically. The NTEK rep checked with asset management and was given a no go. Simple as that.

Also, the rep never said that NTEK could not be bought or sold on Ameritrade. Wanted to make sure that was clarified. I hold all my NTEK holdings on TD and made a purchase last week.
