TD Ameritrade says they will not accept any shares from NTEK in paper or even in book form because of the skull/crossbones rating or warning. So the sale fell through. If anyone else is interested, the certificate is back up for sale to any buyer who can deposit them. Please confirm with your broker beforehand so we can do the deal.
