One thing all should bear in mind is that it will take some time to combat those trying to bring the stock PPS down. Does not happen overnight but with all that is happening NOW , now matter at what PPS one buys NOW , even if it goes RED on you at EOY 2018 if you HOLD you will have done quite well IMO
