they have securities counsel to file .. to say nothing of former CFO potentially doing consultant work for P2O on an as needed basis as the founder has done (and perhaps still does)
zero doubts RH's personality is such that every word noted is *reviewed* and signed off of in advance of filing .. which makes me wonder re: delay
and why NR didn't work Friday .. it's not like them *imo* to not show *50k* in volume if needed to close PTOI down for the weekend's efforts
just me perhaps .. but my first inclination isn't that the news is negative .. we've seen P2O file for extensions previously .. so i have to wonder if there is something else being worked on specific to the MA .. or any of the other *imo* material events that could also be filed by mgmt
