I have sent several emails to IR, but have not received any response. I have also used the generic contact form on your website but also no response. Over time, I have amassed around 17 million shares of NTEK, averaging down over the past few years and buying the dips.
I was listening in on the CC you presented and liked what I heard from you. That said, we are a ways away from that call and I see via my DD that there are 10-11 lawsuits in various stages NTEK is involved in.
Could you please respond and give shareholders updates as to where these lawsuits stand and what - of any - ongoing exposure is facing NTEK?
Also, has Long Side Ventures been paid in full and is that issue completely settled?
Lastly, any update on the NTGL distribution?
