Yes they are victims. Victims of the Democratic Party trapping many in crumbling inner cities, terrible schools, and the Dems destroyed the family unit. It is not that complicated who ruined so many minority lives, and it was Liberal Democrats.

In my opinion it is by design. Libs give green mail and tell them the Republics will take it away, enslaving them to a life of welfare. It is about time more are waking up to the scam.
