I would think so if it were Darryl himself buying the shares after he knew about the business plan, but if the company purchased them, I’m not sure. If Darryl saw the phones and wanted to invest and gave them money and the company used it for a stock buyback I would think they have the right to buy stock if they wanted. I’m no lawyer either so I couldn’t tell you but a thought.
