It’s a shame that Rory’s interactivity is sometimes cynically misconstrued as not acting as a “typical CEO” (won’t go into specifics, not worth the time...)
If Rory didn’t communicate, people would bicker that he’s fallen off the radar. Can’t win either way in some people’s eyes!
If Bezos, Jobs, Zuckerberg gave a weekly or monthly address, it would be seen very positively, no doubt.
