I can understand that fundamentals are important.The pity is that many times by the time the fundamental improvement shows up in the fins the pps train has already left the station. All it is going to take is Mark's promised large deal/revenue PR to hit the wires and the pps will be off to the races IMHO. Because of the Federal Budget fiasco delay I don't expect to see a red cent from Uncle Sam reflected in the 1Q18 due to the Authorization Bill delay, the billing cycle, and pass through time from ACS to SFOR. Those Federal Dollars will only appear on the the 2Q18.
