OK, wrong x 10. Every point is misleading and incorrect. There are no links, so none of the below can be proved.
Let's take a look:
1.Audit is complete!!! BWHAHAHA
He never said the audit was complete. In December he said it would be out on January 31st
2. Company name change complete by October 2017
That's what FINRA told him...then they found the previously unknown DE debt, which created a delay.
3. Mazars audit letter - proven to be fake
100% false statement. Send a copy to Mazars and ask.
4. General Motors is on the back burner from conference call (biggest automaker in the freakin world on the back burner? lolzzzz)
GM asked ONCI to rip apart the tech to suit their needs. This in turn would years of re-development, patent re-issues, etc.
5. BMW still testing BSafe mobile LOLZZZ
Yes, this is correct, except for the LOLZZZ part
6. Financials will be audited - FLAT OUT LIE

Really? Last I checked the end of the month is Monday. He said it would be out by Tuesday.
