Kodiak and OceanSide are holding currently, private placements are restricted for 6 months (though some sold their old shares in March as they got new). Lucas Holding got 1.6M, they might have dumped in March when they got their shares.
What he missed is Rory cleared all the convertible debt and raised 2.5M in cash.
