If he misses the self imposed deadline on Cogo - cheap shares will be a plenty.
I would like to think that will be a no brainer, but nothing is in pinkyland.
There is plenty of news to share - but wrapping up Cogo is going to be a big issue if the deadline passes and it's a Nogo vs. a Cogo - sorry - couldn't resist.
