I haven't been able to find a transfer agent that will accept the certificate. At least without setting up a full fledged account for $500 (last time I asked) - so the shares aren't very useful to myself. However, for those who already have trading accounts set up with NTEK stock on their books, they would be able to send the certificate to their broker and then trade as they usually do. Basically I need the money, everyone posts here how they keep wanting to buy the stock to increase their holdings, and more power to them. It's simply a transaction opportunity I am posting here.
