Yesterday's last trade was up 2 cents from the previous trade. So, 500 shares at .48 marked the closing price at .48 instead of .46-ish as it had been for much of the afternoon.
That way it looks a lot worse today than it actually is. It LOOKS like we are currently down 3-1/2 cents, when in fact, from the "real" level of yesterday, it's down a cent and a half.
Not that I think "they" did that on purpose to try to discourage shareholders, or anything
They won't succeed with that kind of thing. Those of us who are holding now know that we are on the verge of big news.
